“ I’ve offered, some weeks after the resolution of my complaint following the intervention of Resolve Legal, to supply an unsolicited endorsement for a service that has clear benefits for beleaguered solicitors and unhappy clients alike.
To be frank, when my complaint was rapidly referred to Raj Tutt at Resolve Legal, I anticipated that her business would simply go through the motions and then anyway find in favour of the practice which had secured her services. Yet that didn’t happen. Instead, within days, I received a copy of a consummately-thorough, flawless and entirely objective report which, in effect, championed the service-values to which the solicitors would have preferred to adhere – and from which I’d rightly expected to benefit as their client.
Resolve Legal then marshalled a rapid settlement as well as an apology and the delivery of a huge cache of papers that were, generally, in good order. And, furthermore, they advised me on the priorities in respect of securing the urgent help I needed from a 3rd party.
Thus, by dealing so quickly with a complaint that spanned dozens of events over several years, Resolve Legal saved the solicitors and me from engaging in a protracted and acrimonious argument that would certainly have consumed a lot of time, expense and emotion which were better invested elsewhere. In doing so this process must, as far as the solicitors were concerned, have done more than negate the opportunity cost that such wrangles routinely generate.
Hitherto I was unaware that such a service existed. And, even now, I am not sure whether Raj Tutt’s business has rivals. But I do know, having seen at first hand how she operates, that she’s unlikely to be bettered and that the business-case or using Resolve Legal, and for benefitting from the damagelimitation she provides, is compelling. “
